Expansion Capital - North Africa
This core business manages more than €150 million on behalf of well-known French and foreign investors. The investment teams are based in Paris, Casablanca, Cairo and Tunis, and are currently investing via the SGAM AI Kantara Fund, which was raised in 2007.
Expansion capital / capital transmission transactions involving medium-sized companies in the Maghreb countries (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia) and in the Mashreq countries (Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan);
Working as an active shareholder, either individually or alongside other investors, with company managers to assist with their growth and development plans;
Individual equity holdings of between €5 million and €15 million.
